Overview

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please review the details below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email customer service at help@OEMWheel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely repack the item in its original packaging and include the return form provided.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Mail the package to the address below.

Return shipping costs are covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label upon RMA approval.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within seven (7) business days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been mounted to a vehicle after being received.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification.
